Mar 6, 2010 - I enjoyed 'discovering' you so very much yesterday and today I made two of your recipes! (See comments under Cilantro Chutney). The Besan Puda was a big hit. Delicious. The one thing that surprized me was that I only had 2 Pudas with the tomato (1/2 a small one) a few cucumber slices (my addition), the Cilantro Chutney and some (Greek Style) yoghurt and it was very satisfying.I too want to say you teach clearly, like an auntie at home!Thank you very much.
